1. Interviews, Polls, and User Surveys

Make sure you read these reviews rather frequently, and what’s more important, engage with your users via official stores. It will contribute to increasing your brand loyalty. If there is unfavorable user input, you may still demonstrate why it matters to the app’s developers and describe how the problem is being fixed.
